- Customer GUIDs are now accepted as well as customer codes.

The BASCIK integration is now correctly handling volume calculations.

Emails that fail to be sent, now generate a notification email to the email configured for the relevant branch.

eCommerce emailing is now compatible with TLS 1.2. This fixes the intermittent email failures experienced with some email SMTP servers (e.g Office365).

New eCommerce option to delete historical documents. Once enabled, the automatic delete will run nightly between 12:00 AM and 1:00 AM and will only run once per day.

The eCommerce update process now includes Companion for all COSTAR client computers.
New ability to add the details of a missing product on an ASN, to a purchase order as a memo.

When the item is added to the PO as a memo, the details of the item are included in the memo.

The importing of MDX documents now searches for the incoming product using both the item and supplier item number. This search will include product and catalogue items.

SMS Op-out Maintenance no longer generates an error when trying to add a mobile number to the black list.

eCommerce Update
- New Windows notification that the local COSTAR PC needs to run an eCommerce update.

MDX Electronic Documents form
- The MDX Electonic Document viewing window has been optimised to allow MDX documents to be opened faster!
- Records can now be deleted by simply highlighting the row (or rows) and clicking the DELETE button on the keyboard.
- The colour shading of the document has been replace by status icons and the Notes for the selected document are now displayed along the bottom of the window.

A new Filter row has been added that allows specific documents to be found by entering the relevant search criteria and hitting the TAB button on the keyboard..

A Filter row has also been added to the MDX Electronic Document viewing screen.

The Code Mapping screen has been split up into item types for easier navigation.

- MDX - Added the ability to bring in Supplier Invoices into Costar through MPS from a Supplier.
  - Need to have a MPS Parter setup with the ID "MDX" and setup to Receive Supplier Invoices.
Fixes:
- MPS to MDX - Sending ASN Documents to MDX - Fixed a bug where the eCommerce was not correctly creating the Document at MDX.
- MPS to MDX - Sending Rebill Documents - Modified so that documents are sent from the Branch where the transaction was created.

Enhancements:
- MDX Fleet Document
  - Fixed issue with no Cost being displayed, if the Invoice was sold with Zero Stock On Hand the cost was $0 causing some discrepancy in Sales Reports.
  - The odometer reading is now mapped to all 3 odometers readings (In, Auth, Out).
  - Any ProFleet Transactions that have a Customer that is not in your Costar system will be held in MDX for resolution. You must get the customer setup/imported before this document will process. Please contact the National Support Desk for assistance.
  - Fixed an issue where Fleet Documents were not being included in Sales Reports.
- Advanced Shipping Notices (ASN's)
  - Have the Stores PO # mapped to the Comment field of the Purchase Order so as it can seen on the Purchase Order WIP List.
  - Fixed the Search PO function to fix the case where a Matching PO cannot be found.
  - Fixed an issue when bringing in an ASN with a product where the supplier was not set as the Default Primary Supplier.
Fixed: Resolved an issue where eCommerce would loose the connection to the SQL Server Database on Start-Up after a computer was put to Sleep or Hibernated.

Fixed: Resolved further issues with validating email addresses. A new validation routine has been put in place to rectify all issues with validating addresses.

Fixed: Resolved an issue where you were unable to deliver to email addresses with numerical characters before the @ symbol in an email address.

Fixed: You can now send to multiple email addresses within the one field, they need to be separated by a comma or semicolon (i.e. support@microhouse.com.au; admin@microhouse.com.au).
- Note that you can still setup multiple delivery methods to achieve the same thing.
Changed: Added the ability to allow <<StorePhone>> in the Opt-Out Message, this will allow Multi-Branch sites with no Mobile Phones use the Branch Number as the contact to Opt-Out.
- An example of an Opt-Out message in this case might be “To Stop Msgs call <<StorePhone>>”

- Was getting an error when trying to add a number to the Blacklist
- If a number is selected to Opt-Out of Reminder Messages, it will now warn the user on the confirmation screen and not allow them to select this number.
- Just a Note, if a user Opts-Out of Marketing Messages than you will not see their number when searching for customers to send messages too.

Version 4.0.16

Changed: You can now View PDF’s from the Outbox, Failed and Sent Items Screens, this is very handy for seeing the contents of the email/fax.
- Just Right Click on a document and select View Document
Changed: You can now Forward Documents from the Failed and Sent Items Screens, this is handy if the document has an incorrect address or if you want to forward to us for testing
Changed: You can now search the Company/Branch, Subject and Recipient from the Outbox, Failed and Sent Items Screens, where previously you could only search the Company/Branch
New Function: Added the Catalogue Method to the Company Setup Screen, this function is for the Costar Utils Catalogue Process, to set this you follow these steps:
- Right click on the eCommerce e in the system tray
- Select Management Studio
- Expand Management
- Expand Registration & Configuration
- Select the Company you want to configure
  - If not registered, register the company
- You can then configure the Catalogue Import Method
  - Not Configured – No catalogues will downloaded for this Company Database
  - Manual – CCT Files will be delivered to the CatImport folder set in the Database
  - Automatic – Catalogues will be Imported and update Inventory
