• Day End
  • The Cash Reconciliation payment method searches, now display the time finalised and are sorted by the time finalised.

   

• Appointments
  • With the option to commit stock on appointments enabled, the Check Stock button will now flash for confirmed Appointments that require stock to be ordered.

• Inventory
  • The changing of serial numbers in Item Maintenance can now be passworded.

• Database Views
  • New database view called All Documents - WIP that can include the details of WIP documents.
  • The All Documents database view has been renamed to All Documents - History.

• Stock Analysis Reports
  • The Unpriced Items Report now excludes inactive products by default. Inactive items can be included if needed.

• Web Order
  • New Electric Vehicle, run flat and studdable search filters.

• The Appointment Date/Time Quick Message tag now uses the earliest time in for an appointment across multiple appointment time slots.
• Appointments converted to repair orders that have a deposit, are now displayed correctly in the Appointment Scheduler.
• Entering serial numbers into a purchase order is now saving the serial numbers correctly.
• The Generic Sales Report selections have been re-added.
• Customers with a name longer than 50 characters are no longer generating an error in Sales Reporting => Service Reminders.
• Manual service reminders will now be sent when Automatic Service Reminders are disabled.
• The unit price (tax in) is now correctly printed on wholesale transfer orders .
• The rebill customer pop up is now displaying on an Order Entry document.

• Order Entry
  • A quotation can now be printed and/or emailed as an estimate.

• Appointment Scheduler
  • When a document is marked as Arrived, the whole field is highlighted, not just the tick box.
  • When a repair order or invoice is requiring stock to be ordered, the document is flagged as Parts Required.
