• Appointment Scheduler
  • When a document is marked as Arrived, the whole field is highlighted, not just the tick box.
  • When a repair order or invoice is requiring stock to be ordered, the document is flagged as Parts Required.

• Order Entry
  • New option to suppress the printing of service reminders on job cards.
  • The document PO can now displayed in the document search results. To enable go to Settings => Order Entry Options => Microhouse Integrations => Searches and untick the PO from Document Searches setting.

• Sales Reporting
  • New Document Buying Group selection and sorting options for the Generic Sales Report.

• Customers
  • The customer terms are now displayed in the Customer Maintenance search results.

• Database Views
  • The Customers database view now outputs the Rebill Note field.

• Web Order
  • The List Price can now be suppressed from displaying in the Web Order product search results.
  • After clicking Get Cost, to display the cost, clicking the cost will re-hide the cost.

• Web Appointments
  • Vehicles without a year are now able to be selected when choosing a vehicle.

• General
  • When logging into an alternate database via the Login button, the database will be opened in the employee's branch in the alternate database.

• The adding of a vehicle using the Vehicle Selector button in Vehicle details is no longer allowed when opened from an Order Entry document.
• The Vehicle Selector button in Vehicle Maintenance is no longer available..

  • The foreign exchange rate can bow be entered to six decimal places.

  • A shipment that has had the Landed Cost Factor (LCF) updated, can now be unlocked and amended before re-applying the LCF.
